Cancellation policy

PREORDER POLICY

When you purchase a pre-order item from ZOBS WEARABLES, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock or available for immediate shipment.

Payment

  • A partial deposit is collected at the time you place your pre-order
  • The deposit secures your reservation for the item
  • Your payment method will be securely stored
  • The remaining balance will be charged when your pre-order is ready to ship
  • You will receive an email notification before the final payment is processed

Estimated Delivery

  • Each pre-order item displays an estimated availability or ship date on the product page
  • We will ship your pre-order as soon as the item becomes available
  • You will receive an email notification when your pre-order ships

Mixed Orders

  • If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, all items will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available
  • If you prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, please place separate orders

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the final payment is processed and the item ships
  • To cancel, email us at zobswearables@gmail.com with your order number
  • If you cancel before final payment, your deposit will be refunded
  • Once the final payment has been processed and your pre-order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies

Changes and Updates

  • We will notify you by email if there are any significant changes to the estimated availability date
  • Product specifications, colours, or designs may be subject to minor changes from what is shown in pre-order images

Refunds

  • If you cancel before final payment and shipping, you will receive a full refund of your deposit to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will be notified and receive a full refund of any payments made
